What we do
In Minnesota you build below the frost line. Your finances too.
Every winter the ground freezes and heaves. Anything set too shallow moves. We sort the work the same way a builder does: what you see every week, what shifts with the seasons, and what has to be poured right once.
Above gradeEvery week
The work you see every week
Bundled for a fixed monthly fee, online and in real time, so the back office stops eating your evenings.
- Outsourced accounting
Your own accounting department, with reviews and compilations when a bank or bonding agent asks.
- Bookkeeping
Transactions classified, bills paid, invoices out, reports you can read.
- Payroll
Scheduled payrolls, filings, W-2s and 1099s processed and filed on time.
Frost zoneEvery season
The work that shifts with the calendar
Tax law, cash cycles and IRS letters move like frost in the ground. We plan for the swing before it lifts anything.
- Tax planning & preparation
Sound, strategic planning and preparation for businesses, so you keep more of what you earn.
- Personal income tax
A digital, secure process and tax advice all year, not just in April.
- Audit protection
IRS notices and letters handled; state and federal representation up to appeals and/or litigation.
- Cash management
Inflows and outflows watched, forecasts that inform expansion and big purchases.
